3. Matrimonial Services
Vivah Samiti acts only as a facilitator for matrimonial introductions within the community. The committee does not guarantee marriage alliances or compatibility between members.
4. Member Responsibilities
- Maintain respectful communication with other members.
- Use the service strictly for matrimonial purposes.
- Not misuse contact details or personal information shared.
- Inform the committee once marriage is finalized.
5. Fees and Payments
Any registration or service fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless otherwise decided by the committee.
6. Limitation of Liability
Shri Hanuman Mandir Committee and Vivah Samiti shall not be liable for any disputes, misunderstandings, or outcomes arising from interactions between members.
7. Termination of Membership
The committee reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if any member violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in inappropriate conduct.
8. Changes to Terms
Shri Hanuman Mandir Committee reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
